Before we start talking about different Internet making-money ideas, you have to first make a decision about how much money you want to make. The reason for this is because it will more or less choose which business model you should go after first.
Here are some of these ideas and some direction about which one you should use when and how much money you can make from it. Please keep in mind, that this is high level and nothing is every certain, so don’t take my word for it.
1. Affiliate Marketing
This is a great source of income and here is an article that talks more about it. You can make a lot of money with affiliate marketing but without a team of writers and some bank roll, I suspect it to generation anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000 a month.
That is a lot to be sure, but it will take you well over a year or hardcore work to generate this level of income.
It is also hard to start completely new with affiliate marketing because it’s not really stable. Google is constantly slapping affiliate sites because most of them are spammy and pretty junky sites. Even if your site is amazing, it will still get slapped along with the rest.
This can make your income disappear almost overnight. It will return but it’s hard to tell when.
I love affiliate marketing for a strong part time income and possibly a full time income
2. Email Marketing
This is something I am learning more and more about and this website is a good example of this method. You will notice that there is not a single affiliate link on this site.

This will block unnecessary Google slaps and keep my email list growing. You can follow the same idea in any market. The hard part about this is learning to email and write good copy. If you can get good at this, this is my favorite way to make a business that can last your entire life.
3. Ecommerce Sites (Physical Products)
This is a great place to start, but it requires a lot of customer service and work to get going. You will need to talk with customers and answer questions but it can make a great long term income.
One reason why this is a such a powerful method and business model to choose it the fact that there are countless niches you can make money in. In this respect, it’s easier than affiliate marketing.
You can set up 5 stores each making $5,000 a month which is not too hard to do and you have a huge income.
Although I have no experience outsourcing a store like this, I run my own on a daily basis, I do know people that do it successfully.
If you want to make job quitting income and have a cash flow that can last the rest of your life, this is a great model to go after.
4. Information Products
This is a wonderful business model and can be just as profitable or more profitable than all of the above. Owning your own information products is perfect because not only can you drive traffic and make sales, but if you get a good sales system down then you can have affiliates work for you.
When you have affiliates you can make sales like crazy and not have to worry about marketing as much. But it takes great skill and learning to build a sales system that can attract the best affiliates.
This is a longterm business model as well. You have customer service to perform and you have to reinvent products every couple of years to make sure they are still up-to-date.
I am in this market but still small time compared to other marketers I know. There are some that have huge 8 figure information marketing empires in different markets. Obviously it takes years and years to reach that level, but it can and it is done.
