As you being your website and you are actively doing something daily to market it and build traffic, you will need to stay strong mentally. Think about this, when you are building links to your website on a daily basis and little has happened, you will need to push through these brick walls.

He talks about brick walls and says that they are there for a reason, to test how bad you want to hit your goal. And you will hit them on your journey to profitability.
However, here are some things that we do and that we highly recommend you do to stay sane and to stay motivated.
1. Keep a journal - There is a great Ipad app you should get called Day One. It’s a journalling app that makes it really easy to keep a running journal. It’s amazing how therapeutic it can be to get your daily thoughts out of your head. Don’t knock it until you try it.
However, keeping a journal helps you because you can track your rankings and what you’ve done that day. Over time you’ll begin to see how your efficiency levels improve insanely.
This is the type of information that you can look back and see everything you’ve accomplished. It feels great and it motivates you over those tough brick walls.
2. Get Competitive - The competitive drive is a great way to keep pushing and it helps if you have a friend that you can compete against. A great reason why The Internet Marketing Advantage forum is a great resource to join.
Whether you are competing against a friend or just the other websites that are your direct competition, use it to fuel your work ethic. I use this because I know that the person who works the hardest is the one that makes all the money.
3. Focus Hard - This is actually pretty tough to do because you will be so involved in a niche that it can drive you crazy at time. Even if you love the niche you are involved in. You will feel like you need a break or that you can handle another project.
Don’t fall victim to this urge though because it will just set you back further. The greatest success that we have found came when we focused on one or two projects at the most.
4. Read Like Crazy - Finally you need to keep reading like crazy. This is more important than you think.
Read about other great entrepreneurs and other business owners. Read the self development books, whatever you need to keep pumped up. Not to mention the more you read the more you will learn and that is how you can stay on the cutting edge of your business and your industry.
